Summer Moves

This summer we’re partnering up with our neighbors in wellness, Castle Hill Fitness, to bring you a full series of stretching, grounding, sculpting, and beyond. The Texas heat can’t stop us from gathering together in the grove for some movement and community. Best of all, end each class with a dip because you’ll enjoy pool privileges all night.
