DORF is excited to partner with Carpenter Hotel and East Side Pot Shop for a ceramics workshop led by ESPS owner, and DORF exhibiting artist Rebeca Proctor. Rebeca will guide participants through the “coil and pinch” handbuilding technique to create small vessels. After participants finish their work and select a glaze, the pieces will be fired offsite at East Side Pot Shop and available for pickup at DORF two weeks later. Join us at Carpenter Hotel for this fun, family-friendly workshop! All ages are welcome (children must be accompanied by a caregiver).

Linocut Printmaking

A hands-on linocut linocut workshop led by artist  Paloma Mayorga of milpa press. In this intimate session, guests will learn the basics of linocut printmaking — designing, carving, and printing their own custom stamp inspired by the natural world. Whether new to printmaking or looking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop offers a thoughtful, tactile experience and the chance to leave with a one-of-a-kind handmade stamp.
