Our friends Xose Velasco and Anthony Prato from Austin-based taco truck, Discada, will be cooking up their famous taquitos de Discada, which is a northern Mexico technique using a tractor plow disc that has been done for generations. Enjoy their beef and pork confit with longaniza tacos topped with onion, cilantro, pineapple, and escabeche, alongside the famous Hotel San José michelada, and other festive drink specials.
