This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social media site. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not Instagram or any other social media site.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Austin Psych Fest AKA LEVITATION.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 21 years of age or older (the “Participant(s)”). Employees, officers and contractors of (1) Sponsor and (2) the parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Sponsor (collectively, “Affiliates”), and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside, and/or those living in the same household of each) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes from April 14, 2024, through April 19, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There is two methods of entry and participants but complete all of the following, ONLINE: (1) ONLINE: Participants may enter by doing ALL of the following: (A) following Sponsor’s Instagram accounts @levitation, @hotelsanjose, @prototypevintage, @cosmiccoffeebar, AND (B) like the post (C) posting a response in the comments to Sponsor’s Instagram post tagging at least one person you would want to take to Austin Psych Fest (“IG Response”).
WINNER: One winner will be selected on or after April 19, 2024, at Sponsor’s address above based on a random drawing of all eligible entries received (the “Winner”). Winner will be notified via email, Instagram (via direct message) and/or phone. The Winner must reply to the winner notification e-mail, Instagram direct message and/or phone call within 24 hours in order to receive the Prize. If the Winner does not accept the Prize within 24 hours of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
