<li>Membership is valid for this season only, April 1 to September 30. Prorated memberships are not available.</li>
<li>Swim Club memberships are non-refundable.</li>
<li>Members are allowed 1 guest per day at no additional cost.</li>
<li>Loungers and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.</li>
<li>Cabanas are available by reservation only.</li>
<li>Reservations are recommended on weekend days, based on availability.</li>
<li>Violation of any rules may result in termination of membership.</li>
<li>Parking in the Austin Motel lot is paid by the hour and not guaranteed. Street parking available.</li>
</ul>

MEMBERSHIP MUST-KNOWS

<li>There is no lifeguard on duty, please swim responsibly.</li>
<li>Austin Motel is not liable for injuries or personal belongings.</li>
<li>No running or diving.</li>
<li>The pool will be closed in inclement weather.</li>
<li>Kids under the age of 5 are free, but are not permitted to occupy a lounger.</li>
<li>Loungers and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.</li>
<li>To maintain a safe environment, Austin Motel reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to anyone our staff deems overly intoxicated.</li>
<li>Outside food and drinks are prohibited.</li>
<li>Drug use is prohibited.</li>
<li>Guns and weapons are prohibited.</li>
<li>Only service dogs allowed in pool area. No dogs allowed in the pool.</li>
<li>Please respect staff and other guests at all times. Violations will result in a non-refundable termination of membership. Acts of violence will result in a non-refundable termination of membership.</li>
<li>Pool toys and floats are the property of Austin Motel. Any damage will be charged to the credit card on file. Use of personal floats are at the discretion of the hotel.</li>
