• Chile en nogada: chili pepper stuffed with a mixture of beef, walnuts, pine nuts, peaches, raisins, and apples, covered with nogada sauce and accompanied by seasonal fruit (pomegranate)

• Enmoladas with white rice
• Trilogy of sopecitos (suadero, longaniza, and chicken)
