The Terrace
Our second floor terrace overlooks the patio and breezeway below. This outdoor area is a great space for a wide range of small gatherings such as dinner parties and wedding ceremonies.

La Sala Conference Room
Hotel Havana can provide a variety of unique spaces for business meetings up to 30, that reflect the spirit and beauty of San Antonio. Our flexible meeting room adjacent to Ocho, La Sala, can be tailored to support professional productivity and creativity. All day and half day meeting packages available.

Library
The library, just off the lobby, is an intimate gathering space for property buy-outs or additional space for larger events.

Weddings
Hotel Havana provides an elegant backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions. For groups of 20 to 150, we offer a variety of unique, spaces on our historic grounds and an array of catering and planning services suited to life’s most memorable celebrations. Our front drive can accommodate ceremonies over 70, while our breezeway and terrace offer smaller alternatives. Depending on size, we offer a wide variety of spaces for receptions with options for live music, dancing, and late-night cocktails.

Rooms
Multiple spaces can be combined for larger capacities. Our property can accommodate parties up to 200 guests. Some events at Hotel Havana require a site fee and guest room reservations depending on the size of the event. Groups may be eligible for room discounts dependent on number of guests or duration of event. Such discounts will be determined by hotel management.
