Byrdie’s, the new French bistro with Southern influences, is now open at Hotel Genevieve. From James Beard-nominated Chef Jenner Tomaska and Katrina Bravo, the husband-wife duo behind Chicago’s MICHELIN-starred restaurant Esmé, and in partnership with Executive Chef Jonathan Nesbit and Beverage Director Stevan Miller, Byrdie’s showcases Southern ingredients, flavors, and hospitality, accented by French culinary techniques.
Byrdie’s menu highlights local ingredients from farmers and purveyors across Kentucky and the American South, and offers a cocktail program with a special focus on bourbon.
