Meet our Executive Chef

Chef Terrence Gallivan is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute with experience at top NYC restaurants including Michelin-starred Alto. In Houston, Chef Gallivan co-founded the acclaimed The Pass & Provisions and later opened Elro Pizza & Crudo, both earning national recognition. Throughout his career, Gallivan has been known for his dedication to quality ingredients, innovative flavor combinations, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. He looks forward to continuing that commitment at The Hotel Daphne and Hypsi.
