About the Chef
Born and raised in Mexico, Juan Pablo Ines Gomez has dedicated himself to gastronomy since the age of 15. He has worked in various restaurants and hotels across the country. He has participated in a variety of national and international culinary festivals. Juan Pablo centers his cuisine around fresh flavors and sustainability.
