Benno

Benno serves Mexican and Mediterranean flavors rooted in the local bounty of Baja.

As you explore Todos Santos and nearby communities, you will see the fishermen drive their panga boats onto the beach and pull in their daily haul, smell pungent basil in the night air and watch truckloads of strawberries, herbs and green beans being hauled from fields not far from the beach. The menu will focus on this incredible local bounty, variations on regional Mexican staples and other simply prepared, fresh foods. The wine program focuses on supporting vignerons that farm sustainably, with a special emphasis on organic and biodynamic wines. The selection spans Western Europe and the U.S., and includes some of the exceptional wines from within Mexico. The cocktail menu highlights small-batch mezcals, tequilas and classic warm-weather cocktails, and of course a selection of extra cold Mexican beers.

 

Reservation Policy

We have a grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. We cannot guarantee table availability for reservations arriving more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late for your reservation, kindly contact Front Desk ( 612 175 1530 ) to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your request according to our availability.

While children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the property, we do accept children for reservations at Benno Dining Room.
