Benno
As you explore Todos Santos and its neighboring communities, you’ll see fishermen guiding their pangas onto the sand with the day’s catch, smell basil drifting through the night air, and pass trucks laden with strawberries, herbs, and green beans harvested from fields just inland from the shore.
At Benno, our Michelin-recognized restaurant, the bounty of the sea sets the tone. Inspired by Baja’s shoreline and guided by the freshest local ingredients, our kitchen brings together the bold spirit of Mexican flavors with the relaxed elegance of Mediterranean technique.
Bright, citrus-forward Baja ceviche. Mayan-charred octopus. Oysters, raw or grilled. Moroccan-spiced catch of day. Each dish is prepared simply and thoughtfully, designed to highlight the catch of the day and allow every ingredient to speak for itself.
Our wine and beverage program follows suit, featuring sustainably farmed, organic, and biodynamic wines alongside small-batch mezcals and tequilas, classic coastal cocktails, and extra-cold Mexican beers — all thoughtfully chosen to complement the flavors of the coast.

Cosecha
Cosecha is a hidden oasis in the heart of Todos Santos, set within the lush gardens of Hotel San Cristóbal.
At its core, it is a garden-to-table philosophy. Cosecha turns to the land, honoring the earth and our role as caretakers within this thriving ecosystem. Guests are invited to stroll through the garden before dinner, then reconnect with its bounty at the table.
The menu features mains, fresh salads, and seasonal accompaniments harvested from the hotel’s vegetable garden, alongside wood-fired dishes that showcase the best of Baja. Cosecha’s dishes evolve with the seasons, reflecting the freshest available produce and select meat cuts: grilled flank steak with charred onions and creamy avocado, braised short ribs, roasted chicken with guajillo chili mole, seasonal grilled vegetables with pink mole, and smoked fish quesadillas. A full selection of wines, cocktails, mocktails, and craft beers has been thoughtfully selected to enhance the experience.

Pool Bar
Hotel San Cristóbal’s Pool Bar overlooks the peaceful and mesmerizing Punta Lobos Beach as well as our iconic pool. Enjoy fresh food and cocktails poolside as a hotel guest.
La Playita
We invite you to La Playita, our exclusive private beach at Hotel San Cristóbal. Overlooking the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, Punta Lobos, and the Pacific Ocean, it offers an unparalleled view, dedicated access to the beach, and drinks and snacks delivered directly to your private cabana from our Pool Bar. Available by reservation to hotel guests and paid reservation to non-guests. Please note our property does not allow guests under 15 years old.
